After each person you have a partner that you will have to answer two situational questions. After that you have to say the memorized preflight announcement. Each person starts by standing, saying and spelling their name and which base they prefer. At this point you start the group interview. Then the large group is split into two smaller group of about 10 people to each group. Then after that there is a brief presentation about the company and then the position and what to expect being a flight attendant. They started out by giving everyone a number. Very relaxed interview, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. The next step involved a one on one interview with a recruiter where they went over the required paperwork and then asked five questions. We were then divided into two groups with the first group being thanked and sent home. There were a couple additional activities which ended by us being escorted back to the waiting area while the recruiting team discussed the group session. After that, we had a partner and worked together to find a solution which we were then required to provide to the group.
In these groups we were required to stand up and provide our names, preferred base and then recite a message we had been told to memorize. There was an information session followed by Q&A and then we were divided into two groups. They went out of the way to let us know that they were there to support us and to 'just relax' (as they laughed). The first thing I want to say about the session is how warm and friendly the recruiters were. I was given enough time to prepare myself prior to the session. I then waited aproximately 5 weeks when the invitation came for the group session. The timeframe was 30 seconds to answer with the opportunity to redo it two additional times. The video was not live but had current employees ask each question. Within 5 days I received an invitation to do a video interview within 48 hours. The first thing required was to submit my application and resume online. I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. Him and everyone else were great it was by far the best interviewing method I've gone through as far as FA interviews. I was chosen for the 1:1 portion and was interviewed by Alex and it was one the most easy-going interviews I've ever had it was like talking to a friend. After all groups are gone you will all wait outside the room while they decide who stays and who goes. There will be a group interview portion where you recite the PA announcement you have to memorize and then answer a random question that will be on a card under your seat. The HR personnel and FA's at the interview were all very friendly and down to earth and they all understand that you are nervous and do their best to make it very enjoyable. I applied online in the end of June 2016 and took a video interview the following week and was invited to a F2F interview in the beginning of August. I applied online. The process took 6 weeks.
